OK, time to editorialize here... it looks like InternetMax has arrived at Casa de WTF, and WTF indeed...

I'm a bit baffled by this. I'm already on the top tier plan, so if it costs the same, why does it cost more? OK, OK... maybe it's the same price as the plan is in other places? It's an introductory plan here, so maybe the "same price" is referring to the idea that our max speed will be 20mbps and others got the 16mbps speed?

Confusing to say the least.

One thing that really bothers me, though, is that people paying $20 less a month than me will be this new high speed for $5 more than what I pay - while I'll be paying $20 more than them to get the same plan. How is that fair to the customers that have been spending more with Charter?

I'm left with more questions than answers. I think I need to talk to a representitive and see about getting my plan knocked down to the lowest speed, than order this service, heh.
