This one pertains to the lady of Casa de WTF... she does homecare as a Certified Nurse's Aid, and she wears scrubs as a part of her job. Wall Street Journal has an article that discussed the problem in detail - many hospital workers simply do not change their scrubs on a regular basis, and some leave their hospitals to go to lunch or travel home in their dirty, disease-exposed scrubs. Doctors are often the worst offenders - wearing their contaminated lab coats for a week or more before replacing them.
The simpest, easiest thing for these professionals to do is to never put dirty scrubs on - and for a profession that obsesses over cleanliness, you'd think that would be a simple rule.
